Can't go wrong when you order the signature dishes.
We had Hamachi Served Raw with Heirloom Radish, Tosazu Dashi Vinegar, Sea Lettuce & Coriander Infused Extra Virgin Camelia Oil for starter which tasted light, yummy with the perfect level of acidity.
Our main was Japanese Pork Belly, BBQ Sauce & Hakata Cabbage which was even more delicious and satisfying.
My choice of white wine is perfect for me: 2017 Francis Coppola ‘Diamond Collection’ Napa Valley, USA, Sauvignon Blanc.
